What is an ESCAPE GAME?  Well, great question!!

An escape room, also known as an “escape game”, is a physical adventure game in which players solve a series of puzzles and riddles using clues, hints, and strategy to complete the objectives at hand.  Players are given a set time limit to unveil the secret plot which is hidden within the rooms.

Outer Edge is a family-owned escape room located both in downtown Farmington and Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Absolutely.  The system is designed to fit comfortably over your existing glasses.

Each room is different, but on average it is 8.   However, for our VR rooms (Farmington location only), the maximum allowable is 4 players.

Great question!! Walk-ins are always welcome anytime during the following days/hours –
Wed – Fri:  4 pm – 9 pm
Sat:  12 pm – 9 pm
Sun:  1 pm – 6 pm
With that said, walk-ins are subject to staffing and open rooms and/or lanes.

For our traditional rooms, each group gets a max of 3 hints to help you.  With our VR escape rooms (Farmington location only), hints are unlimited.

Great question!  For 2 players, its only $33.00 per person, but the more you bring, the more money you save!  For our VR and axe throwing (Farmington only), it is also $25.00 per person for the hour.

Our ‘physical’ escape rooms are 60 minutes long and our VR rooms are 50 minutes.
