YOU MUST BE 12 YEARS OR OLDER TO DO AXE THROWING
What is Axe Throwing?
The axe-throwing phenomenon is taking off across the country. One of the oldest sports in history, in 2010 it was brought to urban areas of Canada, and the world realized it wasn’t just for lumberjacks anymore! Almost anyone can throw a hatchet. It is all about the technique and rotation of the blade. Don’t worry – we will assign an ‘Axe Master’ to your group who will help coach and guide along with keeping score during your game time.
Once you are done practicing we will get into the scorekeeping and playing as many games as possible in the time you have left, with each game consisting three rounds. Participants throw their axes five times per round. Aim for the bullseye, and the highest-scoring player wins. We will give you feedback, tips, and keep score for your group. Just come in, relax, and we will take care of the rest!
Safety is always our priority. All participants must wear closed-toed shoes when throwing axes. Our axe masters are there to ensure everyone is safe and has a great time!
